I too desire freedom.

Freedom to live and freedom to dream.

Freedom to grow and freedom to wean.

Wean myself away from this world.

This world which is not my home.

This world can be a funny place.

It tells you your free but in reality you’re limited.

Because keep in mind that freedom comes with conditions.

Like you can be who you want but to get there you have to pay.

You have to pay in time.

You have to pay with money.

You have to pay with your blood, with your sweat and with your tears.

But why, why when this earth was given to us freely?

Why do I according to the world have to pay for my freedom?

Or am I searching in the wrong places?

Because when you achieve freedom you should have peace.

But keep in mind the freedom the world offers is chaotic.

Now I know this “poem” might sound confusing.

But give me a minute because I’m speaking in a new dimension.

Freedom does not breed chaos.

Freedom when done right establishes peace.

Freedom when done right brings joy.

Freedom when done right gives a selfless love.

And guess what?

We all have that blueprint of freedom within.

We weren’t created to run around like headless chicken.

No, see we were created with divine purpose.

And that purpose, when followed, is what will bring us to freedom.

So when you’re feeling lost like you have no direction.

Remember there is a purpose for your creation.

Look within and be open to your calling.

That my friend will keep you from falling.

If you truly want to someday reach the kingdom.

Open yours eyes and take the first step towards freedom.
